To the extent that HealthMarkets’ insurance subsidiaries still offer health insurance plans, they  comply with the federal guidelines in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA). All of the plans offered are also subject to approval and oversight by the insurance regulators in each state where they are sold. Currently, health benefit plans are available in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Maine and New Hampshire. For more information about our health benefits plans click here.
